The exact percentage scales according to the months you are with us. As you progress through your initial 3-month period, your commission rate adjusts within this 28% to 31% bracket.
It is performance-driven. Your primary focus will be bringing in clients. Once a client you brought in successfully makes a payment for our services, your designated percentage (28-31%) of that payout is distributed to you.
